Refactor RF60X examples and SDK to improve readability and maintainability

Add consistent comments, update SDK version ouputs, and use modern C++ features for shared/unique pointers. Adjusted API usage for serial port management. Eliminated debug output. This refactor simplifies future modifications and promotes code consistency and reliability.
